The Avenue is a women-owned, women-focused, service-first business. We are compassionate concierges intent on removing the all too familiar obstacles of health and aging. We are committed to making sure our clients continue a life of comfort, ease, and friendship.
Our team of hospitality experts provides support and camaraderie, helping clients and their loved ones navigate the responsibilities of daily living, and ultimately serve as advocates for our clients. We work passionately to help our clients remain independent and fulfilled. From providing assistance with some of life’s day-to-day engagements to making sure appointments are kept, projects are finished, commitments are met.
MEET PJ
The Avenue was founded by PJ Catledge, a 35-year veteran of the hospitality and tech industries, with a clear passion to help others not only maintain their lifestyle across the years but truly help them to lead a fulfilling and enriched life.
Based on her own experience with an aging Mother who was having difficulty with her day-to-day living, PJ became aware of just how difficult it was to take care of a loved one who lived on the other side of the country. Ms. Catledge soon found herself at a crossroads, weighing the value of keeping her mother independent and in that home where she desperately wanted to stay or to move her to an assisted living center.
SERVICES
Our concierge assistance program zeros in on the specific needs of each client. After meeting with clients and their families The Avenue can chart a path to a more contemporary vision of the “golden” years.
We work tirelessly to enable our clients to continue living the lifestyle they have curated and cultivated. After each visit we provide an assessment to inform other loved ones or the client themselves the ability to see the weekly progress.
